We are unable to exchange or return body jewellery. This is due to hygiene reasons and does not affect your statutory rights.
If your jewellery is faulty, you must contact us within 1 working day. In most cases, and exchange or repair will be offered and this will be dealt with on a case by case basis. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or issues at all.
